研究介绍Research



 

合成二维电子学,设计合成纳米乃至量子尺度二维半导体的杂化及异质结构,探索晶体管的尺寸极限,为后摩尔时代的微纳器件构筑提供一种可能的化学思路。研究内容包括:探索具有原子级控制精度的化学气相沉积方法的实现原理及系统设计;以二维材料为模板,设计引入或构造多种维度的纳米及量子结构,探索其维度效应和量子效应,以及其在单原子催化、电化学晶体管、忆阻开关、神经形态计算等方面的应用潜力。

Synthetic two-dimensional (2D) electronics: designing and synthesizing 2D   materials and heterostructures, exploring the size limit of transistors, providing   a possible chemistry pathway for nano/quantum device construction in the   post-Moore era. We are interested in realizing atomically precise control in   chemical vapor deposition so as to directly grow ultra-scaled electronic   devices. The 2D materials synthesized in my group will be further   processed/engineered to generate multidimensional (0D, 1D, 2D, 3D) nanostructures,   and will be explored for diverse applications such as single-atom catalysis,   electrochemical transistors, memristive switching, and neuromorphic   computing.
